This Celerium CMMC Insights Maturity Course and its Webpages, documents, text, audio, visual or downloadable materials, course content and other associated materials and functionalities, along with references used in or related to the course materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Course Materials”) has been produced by Celerium Inc. (“Celerium”). To access the Course Materials, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use, which form an agreement between you and Celerium with respect to your use of the Course Materials. Access to Course Materials

Access to and use of the Course Materials is only authorized to individuals who have procured the particular course subscription from Celerium. By subscribing to one of our courses, Celerium grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable and revocable license to access and use the corresponding Course Materials solely for your informational and educational use and for no other purpose, all in accordance with these Terms of Use. Any breach in these Terms of Use may result in termination of your access to the Course Materials at Celerium’s sole discretion.

Use of Course Materials

The Course Materials, CMMC Self-Assessment Tool and any job aids created by Celerium are the property of Celerium Inc. Third-party referenced materials or links are the property of such third party. The information in our Course Materials is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to provide legal or compliance advice or to be a substitute for legal or compliance advice. Your purchase of one of our course subscriptions does not grant you any ownership rights to the Course Materials. You may view and read all materials that are part of the Course Materials. You may not share, communicate, publish or in any manner distribute to other parties the Course Materials or any content therein, your login and password, readings, references, links or any other materials, without the prior written consent of Celerium. Permission to use the Course Materials in any other way must be obtained in writing from Celerium.

Effective Period

Subscribers have access to the Course Materials corresponding to each course procured for one year from the date of purchase of the specific course subscription.

Refunds

All sales are final for our online course subscriptions. No refunds will be issued once a sale is completed.

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other device, process or means to access Celerium Courses Materials. You agree that you will not compromise or circumvent the security controls of our courses or otherwise gain, or directly or indirectly assist any third party in gaining, unauthorized access to the Course Materials. Updates to Terms of Use; Promotional Content; Accessibility

Entire Agreement and Interpretation

Unless otherwise agreed to in a separate writing signed by you and Celerium, these Terms of Use comprise the entire agreement between you and Celerium with respect to your access and use of the Course Materials and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, if any, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to anyone, without Celerium’s prior written consent.
