Takara Ali is Celerium’s Support Center Supervisor. She ensures our customers have the help they need to use our products effectively. When customers contact the Celerium Support Center for help with our CDN solutions or CMMC Academy, Takara is one of the friendly team members ready and able to help.
As a support center analyst, what does your average day look like?
An average day in the Support Center is working closely with my team members to efficiently assist our users. We handle all incoming emails and phone calls, and work with our technical team as needed to solve any problems.
What are you most excited about right now at Celerium?
I am excited to see how the company will continue to grow and see the innovative ideas in CDN and CMMC Academy come to life.
What do you like about being a support center analyst? What do you think it takes to be a good support center analyst?
The best part of being a support center analyst is working with our users. I don’t want to brag but I think we have some of the best people out there; they are awesome to talk to and easy to work with! Due to the awesome people we speak to on a daily basis I think that we want to make sure we are doing our best in assisting them. This requires our team to have great listening skills, know all of our products, and have a willingness to constantly learn in an ever-changing environment.

We’re here to help! If you’re not sure about something or if you’re having trouble accessing something in any of Celerium’s solutions, please call us. When you call, we’ll ask you to verify your identity using the security questions you created when you set up your account. We take privacy and security very seriously at Celerium.
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I am a homebody, so you can often find me at home with a book or watching a movie. Though I do love to visit friends and their families, I have been limiting that due to the pandemic.
What’s the last book or movie you recommended to someone?
I don’t usually recommend movies or books. I like to keep those to myself, but I do like to share great shopping deals that I find.
You have a pet bunny. Can you tell us about him?
His name is Milo. He is hilarious and naughty at the same time. He loves to eat everything that he is not supposed to! If I dare to be late at his meal times he likes to smack his bowl and stare at me until I feed him.
Pineapple on pizza?
Absolutely! Hawaiian is my preferred next to the vegetarian pizza. People who don’t like the pineapple don’t know what they are missing!
