Event Highlights
On November 12-13, Jon Marinaro and I had an outstanding experience in Irvine, CA at the recent ChannelPro event. As a Customer Success Manager, this was an especially rewarding opportunity for me. The event gave me the chance to connect with so many MSPs and industry leaders face-to-face. From start to finish, it offered an incredible opportunity to engage with MSPs, vendors, and leaders who are shaping the future of cybersecurity and managed services. We had dozens of meaningful conversations that opened the door to new partnerships, valuable insights, and a deeper understanding of their evolving needs, the challenges they face with their clients, and the ways Celerium can continue supporting them with practical, effective cybersecurity solutions. It was energizing to hear firsthand how our tools are helping MSPs strengthen their defenses, and it opened the door to several promising new relationships and follow-ups. Being able to engage with partners in person always brings a different level of insight and connection, and this event certainly reminded me how valuable that personal interaction is.
One of my favorite parts of the week was watching Jon Marinaro, our Director of Technical Sales, deliver two incredibly impactful presentations on behalf of our team. His round table Breakout presentation titled: Beyond the Checklist: A Roundtable on Building Your Compliance-Ready Practice drew an amazing 38 attendees, the highest turnout of any round table at the conference, and earned us an award for Best Breakout Presentation! A huge honor and a testament to the real value MSPs see in Celerium’s solutions, and of course, what an amazing job Jon did! His second session, our Gold Sponsor Presentation, brought in roughly 100 attendees and truly showcased the heart of what we do at Celerium. The engagement, questions, and conversations that followed emphasized just how effectively Jon highlighted the value we bring to MSPs. The response to both sessions was phenomenal and reinforced the impact of our message throughout the event.
Overall, ChannelPro was an amazing experience both personally and professionally, and I’m excited to carry the momentum and insights from this event into the work I do every day with our MSP Partners.
